Return Window

You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt. Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service at +20 1000 788 908 or via email at info@techlabs.group.

Defective or Damaged Items

If the item has a defect, does not work properly, does not match the site description, is counterfeit, or was received damaged due to transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt free of charge. The value of the item will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days.

Return Conditions

When returning a product, please ensure:

  • All accessories and labels are in their proper condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging in the condition it was received.
  • All included gifts, accessories, and offers are included.
  • If you created a password on the device, please remove it before returning — otherwise the request cannot be completed.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Damaged products (excluding transportation damage)
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Unsealed products from specific product groups
